Do you worry about having enough toilet paper at home or if there are any paper towels left? I know I do. Its not something I want to think about every time I go to the store. The things that don’t bought every trip but are still important. There were so many times I forgot to get toilet paper. Or we’d be out of pancake mix (which we use all the time). It was frustrating.
So I decided to automate some items that we buy on the regular. And let me tell you it has been amazing! No more making random trips to the store for those forgotten products. Or trying to find something soft to wipe your bottom with.
Ok how did I decided the products to schedule? Well, I started with things we use often but aren’t perishable. Along with being able to store in larger quantities. Like toilet paper, or paper towels, even cleaning supplies. Then, I thought about food items we use all the time. Coffee, vitamins, pancake mix and olive oil.
Ok so we have cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, vitamins, olive oil, and pancake mix for all the littles on our list.
Next up would personal care type products. I’ve been a little slow to add personal care products to the auto ship boat. Mostly because I’m not sure how often I need each of them yet. And I haven’t taken the time to really think about it. Plus I have great access to face and body stuff.
However my razor blades show up every 3 months (or so). Which has been amazing. Plus they come from a company that works towards safer products. And their razors are as good as a mans razor. Which is what I was using before I found what I use now, Billie.
The next thing on my list will be safer toothpaste. The brand I found is not only safer but uses less plastic and allows you to schedule delivery. And they just created a bamboo toothbrush!
I actually talk about some of my favorite products in this post. And a lot of those products are ones I have delivered on the regular.
There are so many items in your house that can be scheduled. And doing even just a few items in your life will make shopping less stressful. You might even save some money, when you don’t buy to much of something.
How about you? Have you scheduled any thing to auto ship?
